Please use your tracking information to contact the shipping carrier if your items are taking an excessive amount of time to arrive. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to shipping delays.
We process all orders (excluding customized styles) within 3-5 business days (not including weekends or bank holidays). Custom orders have various lead times, please note those on the individual product pages.
Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail. Please allow approximately 4-7 business days for First-Class delivery.
Other notes:
- Orders placed after 12 pm EST on Friday will process the following Monday.
- The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day. We're not responsible for USPS shipping delays.
- Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
- USPS does not ship on weekends.
