International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or repairs for international orders.
Shipping charges do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and The Sis Kiss is not responsible for these fees. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any of these charges or others imposed by your country and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Contact your local customs office for information on what these charges may be. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing/inspections and take up to six weeks or longer to arrive. The Sis Kiss has no control over these processes. Please note, once an order has been passed to the USPS office, UPS, or handler we are no longer responsible for the timeline or condition of the package. If you do not receive your order, your pieces are damaged, or tracking has stalled, please email customerservice@thesiskiss.com with your order number and information so we can file a claim. Also, make sure to file a claim with Route Insurance (if you purchased it at checkout), USPS, or UPS, as they are responsible for the completion of your delivery.
