Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Let us know right away, and we'll do our best! Email customerservice@thesiskiss.com. Unfortunately, we're unable to make any changes once an order is sent to our warehouse because we're working quickly to get it to your doorstep! 


International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or repairs for international orders.


We do not offer expedited shipping due to the nature of our custom design production timeline.


Please note, once an order has been passed to the USPS office or handler we are no longer responsible for the timeline or condition of the package. If you do not receive your order, your pieces are damaged, or tracking has stalled, please email customerservice@thesiskiss.com with your order number and information so we can file a claim. Also, make sure to file a claim with the USPS, as they are responsible for the completion of your delivery.

RATES


When you spend $75 or more in the contiguous USA free standard shipping is all yours! Just use our free shipping code provided in the announcement bar. Please note free shipping codes cannot be combined with any other offers.


SHIPPING STATUS


All in-stock, ready to ship items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays observed in the USA. An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the Billing information section. If you have placed a custom order, please note the production and shipping timeline on the product page.
**COVID-19 Shipping update: we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please use your tracking information to contact the shipping carrier if your items are taking an excessive amount of time to arrive. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to shipping delays.


USA ORDERS


Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail. Please allow approximately 4-7 business days for First-Class delivery. Please note processing takes approximately 3-5 business days, we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.

Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail International or DHL. If you have placed a custom order, please note the production and shipping timeline on the product page.

Shipping charges do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and The Sis Kiss is not responsible for these fees. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any of these charges or others imposed by your country and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Contact your local customs office for information on what these charges may be. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing/inspections and take up to six weeks or longer to arrive. The Sis Kiss has no control over these processes. SOME NOTES


Orders placed after 12 pm EST on Friday will process the following Monday.
The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day. We're not responsible for USPS shipping delays.
Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
USPS does not ship on weekends.
