Lost or Stolen Package
Unfortunately porch pirates and post office gremlins can get in the way of you receiving your new Sis Kiss goodies. We've partnered with Route to ensure you get your order, no matter what obstacles get in the way.
Route handles all claims for lost or stolen packages IF you purchase the $0.98 insurance at checkout. You'll never have to call the post office, or wait for Customer Service emails from us! Just download the Route app and you'll be able to track your package, or file a claim in just a few clicks.
Please note, if you reach out to our Customer Service team for an insured order that is lost or stolen, we will refer you to the experts at Route. We don't have the magic touch with the carriers like they do.
