Here's how to use our lifetime guarantee in 3 easy steps:
- Please email our customer service team (customerservice@thesiskiss.com) and include your order number and an image of your jewelry. Please add "Lifetime Guarantee" and your order number in the subject line to help our team process it more quickly.Â
- Ship your piece back to us. If it's a custom piece, please allow 4-6 weeks to process, produce, and ship back to you. If it's an in-stock ready-to-wear piece, please allow 10-14 business days to process.Â
- We will send you tracking information for your repaired or replaced piece.
