How Do I Start a Return?

  2. We offer store credit in the form of an e-gift card if the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock.
  3. Email must include a photo of the damaged or defective items.
  4. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery using a service that provides tracking. Tracking must be included in your email request to return or exchange.
  5. Please allow 7-15 business days after receiving your return to process.
  6. International orders are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
