- Contact us at customerservice@thesiskiss.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, the first and last name the order was placed under, and an explanation of why you wish to return or exchange your item(s).
- We offer store credit in the form of an e-gift card if the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock.
- Email must include a photo of the damaged or defective items.
- Ship items back within 7 days of delivery using a service that provides tracking. Tracking must be included in your email request to return or exchange.
- Please allow 7-15 business days after receiving your return to process.
- International orders are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
