• our chains come in 14k gold or .925 sterling silver
• to book your appointment you must place an order for your chain
• once you've arrived at The Sis Kiss HQ, you will be able to add charms to your Sis Kiss Links styles (birthstone crystals, diamonds, and more)
• charms are sold separately and payment will be processed on-site with our team
• additional chains OR charms availability is on a first-come, first-served basis
• all sales are final
• if you want to remove your jewelry, please use the appropriate tools or high-quality shears
• Should your piece get snagged or break on something, just keep the chain and reach out to us via email at customerservice@thesiskiss.com to schedule a repair! Please note, The Sis Kiss is not liable for lost chains, but we will offer a 20% discount if you need to purchase a new one that has fallen off.  **We do not cover lost or damaged pieces after three months of purchase.**

Jewelry Care

Lightly polish each piece of jewelry after you wear it with a soft cotton cloth. For rings, try to remove them when you wash your hands that way the plating will not wear off. Store your jewelry in the pouch you received to protect it from getting scratched and keep the pouch in a sealed plastic baggie. Do not shower or go swimming with your jewelry.

Jewelry 101

The Sis Kiss recommends taking off all jewelry before using hand sanitizer or washing your hands. We love our products and want yours to keep looking like new. Hand sanitizer and harsh soaps may affect your jewelry so we recommend removing your TSK Bling before washing up!
